IzMaCo Investments LLC is a residential real estate investment company focused on acquiring and managing turn-key single-family rental properties in underserved communities that are home to the U.S. Military.

For the past 3 years, IzMaCo has been concentrating on acquiring single-family homes in NC, NY, and VA working within the military community proving that Military communities provide a consistent supply of renters that can always be dependable to pay their monthly rent.

This model has led IzMaCo to amass a portfolio of approximately $1.2M in value.  This fund will help to buy more properties, create jobs for vets to repair and refurbish properties while also teaching vets additional trade skills.
