ABOUT THE PODCAST:
This podcast highlights services of the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC), which assists veterans in obtaining all the state and federal benefits they have earned. Veterans, family members and survivors pay no cost for TVC services. TVC files disability claims and appeals, helps resolve VA medical care issues, assists with education benefits, and the job search, and helps vets start their own business. TVC works to ensure veterans have access to competent mental health services. TVC has a Women Veterans Program and awards grants to veteran serving non profits.
